What Causes the Nozzle to Fall Out?
- Tank installed at inefficient angle
- Hose too short, pulling nozzle out of tank
- Twisted hose, pulling nozzle out of tank
- Nozzle too short to stay in the tank unassisted
- Someone stumbles/trips over the hose
- Nozzle not inserted into tank properly
The solid steel construction of the brace ensures it can stand up to any of the above conditions. The diesel fueling brace holds the nozzle in the fuel tank until the driver deliberatly removes the brace.
